Как участники Рубикона восстанавливаются после забега

Rubicon пройден, и теперь настало время готовиться к новым испытаниям. Но, для того чтобы организм спортсмена был готов к очередным нагрузкам, необходимы восстановительные тренировки. С этой целью Sporter провел очередную тренировку Sunday Long Run для всех участников ультрамарафона Rubicon. Восстановительная тренировка под руководством тренера Натальи Збырня прошла в воскресенье, 10 февраля, в парке Валя Морилор.

Тренировка началась с теоретической части. Наталья рассказала о важности восстановительных процессов в теле спортсмена после тяжелых нагрузок, а также о том, как избежать растяжений и травм. После этого участники тренировки размялись и приступили к выполнению восстановительных упражнений.
